I spoke with the Dean. It seems that T.J. was hit a couple of times in the locker room while changing for gym. It seems that there is an older kid in his class who is known as a bully. T.J.'s been targeted for being "the new kid" and he hasn't been saying anything to anybody. The Dean assured me this other kid was going to be suspended. That's fine for now, but what about next time? Do I have to worry every time T.J. has a class with this kid? How much do I do and how much do I have to let T.J. handle it for himself?
