With the warmer weather finally arriving in New York, Men are wearing less.  I passed a construction site yesterday -- a private home damaged by Hurricane Sandy -- and one of the workers was shirtless, all muscles and tan and just enough chest hair to make my day!  Can't wait for the really hot days when it's just sneakers, shorts baseball caps and sunglasses!
