What's for Dinner?

I started preparing Sunday dinner at about 1 o'clock and it was all finished by 4:30.  (What can I say, I like an early Sunday Dinner.)  I made a roast chicken, stuffed of course, cheddar mashed potatoes, green beans and a box pumpkin bread.  It was devoured in 20 minutes!  I'm glad Ian and T.J. really like my cooking.  Maybe I'll start teaching T.J. how to cook.  It's a thought.
