Long-time readers will know I have family in Oklahoma. Thankfully, my grand-aunt, her kids and grandkids (my cousins) are fine. Frederick is about two hours southwest of Moore, where the tornadoes struck. I spoke with Great-Aunt Sarah late yesterday and everyone is fine. A few of my cousins plan on driving over there this morning to volunteer. The images are heart-wrenching. They remind me of the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy. My heart goes out to the families that lost someone in this tragedy, especially those who lost their children.
If you can, give to the Red Cross or another disaster relief agency.
